Positivity In our Life

The power of positive thinking in our life is notable and has a great impact
In fact, the idea that your brain can change your whole world seems too good to be true.
I can assure you, however, that I have experienced & witnessed the good that focusing on the positivity can bring about.
But before I get into that, let me ask you a few questions about the condition everyone is facing nowadays..
                                    

Do not you feel happy?

 Do you have the impression that you lost something to feel fully satisfied with life?
Let me present my 5 steps for a positive life and you can get happiness out of it as much as you can:
Make the necessary changes to feel good in your life. 1. Leave the past behind you. Thoughts about events that happened in past often limit us. Leave them behind and focus on what is before you. Find your strengths, advantages, opportunities and act accordingly.
2. Let's talk about the Rainy Season:
... and winter, autumn and summer too! My old friend, Kirti Sharma with whom I lost contact, wrote to me years later: "I am writing to you on the occasion of Monsoon because it's a good reason to talk. What's changed in you?" The reason is trivial, but for the courage to overcome it should get a medal. I liked it so much that it stuck in my memory. You also give yourself a second chance, and if you need the fifth and tenth also. Connect with people you value, who impress you. You may not even know them. What counts is the initiative, a step! It is a good opportunity to finally dare and much good can meet you.
3. Be grateful.
I think that we often underestimate what we have around us. We do so many things and we enjoy the process without being aware of it. We should also thank for the failures because we learn much more from them than our successes, right? We even forget that we have warmth at home, coffee in hand and a place to sleep.

4. Believe in yourself.
Seriously. How often do you lack strong self-confidence? Probably you often need faith in success and your abilities. You can do it! You can! I believe in you. Positive thinking is not reserved for lucky people, those who are flooded 24 hours a day. Even if you think of someone that " always manages to do it think that they also drop spoons from the table, they break the dishes, they also stand in a traffic jam on the city, they have to walk the dog, forget the wallet, keys and see the door closed. But they still continue to believe in themselves and grow. Faith is the key to Positive thinking in our life.

5. Just smile
and now forward with a smile, Once upon a time my friend Priyanka Aswal, a Software Developer, said that "even if you stand on stage and everyone tells you that you are ugly and you look bad, you have to smile." Do you think this brings you into the headlines? No, but it makes one happy, cheerful and smiling. The smile tames problems, it allows us to tame fear. It is worth to smile even to ourselves, under our breath, to other people, to a saleswoman in a greengrocer's house, smiling people are friendlier. Yes, a smile is such a magic that can convince, give joy and put hope in one. Smile, gratitude and friendly attitude are 99% of the success Reasons.
