Motivation is such a powerful thing that it can take one person from nadir to zenith. It becomes very easy for an individual to attain a goal if he/she has the right kind of motivation behind it. The most difficult tasks can be completed if you have motivation in your life. On the other hand, the easiest of the tasks become tough or unachievable if ‘motivation’ is missing from your life.

Once you feel motivated towards any work in your life you put your heart and soul into it. Later, when you look back and find yourself to be at the highest of the peaks of that work and then you identify that the only push behind that success was motivation.
So how a person can become or feel motivated in life? This is the one of the most asked questions on Google. There are people who just work without any motivation in life and of the implication of it can be that they lack passion in whatever work they are doing and hence feel demotivated.

There are a few tips, which can help you to be motivated in life:


1.         Find your passion or interest in life:




 There is a Japanese concept called “IKIGAI”, that says one should find interest in life. One should do what one loves. Then, one should identify how that interest can be converted into something that fulfills the needs of the society. The next point is that how a person can be paid for that particular interest. If a person is able to find such a work, then the person can live his/her life to the fullest.

2.         Always remember your goal: 




If you have a goal, you should write it down. Unwritten goals are just desires and you don’t put efforts to accomplish those goals. That’s why you should keep on reminding yourself about the goals you have set and work towards achieving those. Try to identify the emotional quotient associated with that goal, and try to find the reason, why do you want to achieve that goal. If the reason is bigger linked with the emotional quotient, you will definitely put your 100% to achieve that.

3.         Try to learn from your mistake: 




Everybody should learn from the mistakes they make. There is no point of making the same mistakes again and again. Learn from each mistake try to eradicate that in the next attempt. It would be better if you observe other people’s mistake and try to learn from those as life is too short to do every kind of mistake on your own.

4.         Don’t scare trying new things:



Experiment as much as you can to see what method or way suits you the best. If you fail doing that don’t feel sad. Go ahead with the positive and growth mind-set. Don’t afraid to fail. FAIL means your first attempt in learning. Analyse where you went wrong and make the improvement in the next attempt.

  
5.         Always find time for yourself: 






Do not indulge yourself in work too much that you forget about everything else. The first thing is ‘YOU’ that matters a lot. Try to give yourself, sufficient time. Start your day with any activity that makes you happy and keeps you look forward to your day. You can start your day with yoga, exercise, aerobics or walk. Do workout you like the most. Keep yourself healthy by drinking lots of water and a healthy diet. If your body is healthy then only you can make your mind & heart healthy.

Implementing these few changes in one’s life one can become more motivated towards ones’ dreams. Last but not the least, one should dream big to do big. Be positive, be happy and always works towards your goal without thinking about others. That’s the mantra of motivated and successful life.
