10 Skin Care Tips For Monsoon

1. Soak your hands and feet in lukewarm water with salt after enjoying rain and post workout to avoid bacterial infections.

2. Apply milk cream (malai) or coconut oil on dry lips before going to bed.

3. For acne- don't scrub. Wash your face with normal water 3-4 times in a day.

4. For rashes- apply rose water.

5. For crack heels- Massage with desi ghee or aloevera gel.

6. Monsoon Face packs- Milk fruit pack-Mash papaya, peach and apple or banana and add 2 tbsp of milk. Apply on face and neck, keep for 15-20 mins. Wash with cold water.

7. In 2 tbsp of chandan powder add 1/2 cup rose water and 1 tsp haldi. Keep this face pack for 30 mins. Wash with cold water.

8. For wrinkles- Peel pomegranate and grind its skin after drying in sun. Add honey to make thick consistency. Apply on face.

9. Apply 1tsp nutmeg powder mixed with water on face for glowing skin.

10. For flawless skin- Grind masoor dal 1/2 cup or oats 1/2 cup. Add desi ghee 1 tbsp and milk 2 tbsp with water to make thick consistency and apply for 15 mins. Wash with cold water.
